Dreamstyle Roofing is a Division of the largest remodeling company in the Western US, Dreamstyle Remodeling has new Administrative Assistant opportunity supporting the division General Manager.

This position will support the business at large and strive to help improve workplace communication and efficiency. Requires some independent judgement and keen decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met. This position requires professional and courteous conduct at all times and excellence in customer service delivery, internal and external.


  • Provides administrative support and coordination for roofing services including:
  • Being a customer advocate
  • Managing phone calls and follow-up with customers
  • Organize the office and keep an accurate file system both physically and electronically
  • Monitoring and submitting expenses on a timely basis
  • Ordering supplies
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • 4+ years office support experience
  • Minimum education High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Adept at learning new software
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Able to be self-directed and work unsupervised
  • Being fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Prior experience in home remodeling or construction companies is helpful to achieving operational goals
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Pass a background check
