Primary duties include being responsible for assisting our customers during their home improvement project to ensure that they are receiving service worthy of the Dreamstyle Remodeling name. This position is a combination of being in the office and out in the field. Someone who is meticulous with detail, process and order will do very well as a Customer Advocate. Typical duties will include taking pictures of both in-process and completed jobs, talking with our homeowner customers, providing reports, photos and recommendations to management to ensure that the job will delight our customers.  


Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Proficient with computers and business programs
  • A sharp eye for detail
  • Clean driving record
  • Must pass background check
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, able to develop and maintain efficient processes and scheduling
