Dreamstyle Remodeling seeks a customer satisfaction manager with demonstrated skills in face to face sales to join our program. This is a great opportunity to visit customers post-installation to ensure they are 100% satisfied with the work we completed and the overall experience. The Customer Satisfaction Manager also follows up with warm leads to book an appointment with a sales representative.

 This is a great part time opportunity with full time earnings potential!

Responsibilities

  • Meet with current customers to review their project
  • Speak to the customers referrals and knock on the doors of some nearby neighbors
  • Take high-quality photos and video of project throughout process
  • Conduct demonstrations to gain repeat, referral and new customers
  • Demonstrate understanding of our products, promotions, and sales offerings


Experience Requirements

  • Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrated success in a face to face selling environment 
  • Positive mental attitude
  • Reliable & Trustworthy
  • Strong work ethic
  • Money motivated
  • Willing & able to lead by example in the field
  • Flexibility to work evenings & weekends


Qualifications

  • High Integrity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven Track Record of sales success
  • Ability to work effectively and stay on tasks while on the road, outside of the office
  • Direct marketing and sales experience a plus
