While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING. Dreamstyle Remodeling is looking for well-spoken, energetic, and eager individuals who want to become part of our event marketing team. Typically you will be working at various fairs, festivals, and home shows. Our goal is to schedule appointments with homeowners-- the more you set the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have a conversation with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude. These are part time positions with great earning potential beyond the base hourly rate.

Compensation
We offer an hourly base of $17/hour plus UNCAPPED BI-WEEKLY BONUSES. Our average representatives earn $17-$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the most lucrative hours on the weekends. Since you will be traveling to various locations with set up materials, reliable transportation is required.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least one year's experience in sales, promotions, retail or working with the public
  • Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills
  • Professional, well-spoken, engaging, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
  • Physically able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to drive a small truck with a trailer safely would be helpful
