Our full remodel division is very busy and is seeking a reliable handyman (or woman!) to help out in our Design Build full remodel division.  An ideal candidate is reliable, prompt, eager, and will possess the necessary skills/experience in residential carpentry, plumbing and electric work a Jack or Jill of all residential related building/remodel trades.

General Responsibilities:

  • Spot painting areas around the project
  • Repairing, installing and maintaining other parts of the home remodel: doors, windows, railings, etc.
  • Performing light trim installation, carpentry, etc.
  • Provide light electrical and plumbing assistance
  • Undertaking special duties and projects as assigned to complete home remodeling jobs.
  • Identify and report the need for repairs work with supervisor to obtain needed materials.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a handyman.
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Skills and experience in residential carpentry, plumbing and electric
  • High level of personal organization.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to take direction and initiative with a wide variety of projects.
  • Must be able to carry or haul up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
  • Must have own vehicle and tools.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
